When you book me as your photographer, you’re not just getting someone who you meet for the first time on your big day. I believe that in order to fully tell your story, we need to establish a relationship- a relationship where confidence and comfort flourishes. That is why I created my signature process to ensure my couples know just how valued they are. And of course, to help make the getting to know you process a little easier.

My Signature Process
I. The Consultation
After you inquire, I will reach out to schedule a time for us to chat about you and your wedding day dreams. We’ll go over some fun history- like your first date and how he proposed, and then we’ll cover the day-of details! This is your chance to tell me your vision for your wedding photography and what you value most. I’ll help you build out a basic timeline so we can determine which package works best for your day. From there I’ll explain my process in a bit more detail and answer any questions that you may have.
II. Engagement Session
All of my wedding packages include a complimentary engagement session! Engagement sessions are the best way for you to feel confident and comfortable in front of my camera. Think of it as a trial run before your wedding day- similar to how you have a trial run for hair and makeup. I’ll teach you everything you need to know about posing, angles, prompts, you name it! It’s also a great time to get to know each other better and have some fun. Oh and you get some really amazing pictures out of it too!
III. Timeline
Remember how I helped you in the beginning with a basic timeline? Well now we will tackle the whole day in depth! About 3-6 months before your day, we’ll have another meeting to cover ALL the details. We’ll talk pros and cons of The First Look, ceremony start time and all of your must haves for the day. I’ve got you covered so there is one less thing you have to worry about! A well planned timeline is one of the best ways to ensure your wedding day runs as smooth as possible.
IV. Wedding Day
Now we’ve made it to the day you’ve been dreaming up for what seems like forever! Myself and my second shooter will arrive early to start documenting details. And from there we will document your best day. Your only job is to marry the man of your dreams. You can rest assured that we are there to capture all of the moments.
V. Image Delivery
You did it! You married the man of your dreams and now you’re on your honeymoon. Within 72 hours you can expect a handful of sneak peeks to be sent your way and then your full gallery will be delivered within 6-8 weeks via an online gallery. From there you can print, download, and share your photos. We can even create a custom photo album of your favorite images for you to show off to your family and friends for years to come.
From the beautiful tudor style home where Amanda and her girls got ready, to the jaw dropping cathedral where Amanda and Pat vowed their forevers to each other and to their champagne popping, high energy reception, Amanda and Pat’s winter wedding was one for the books. The love that these two share for each other is contagious and I was so honored to be able to be a part of their incredible day.

Kalynn and Kevin are proof that love is greater than any force! Even a hurricane. These two decided to get married in Charleston, SC and even though a hurricane swept through the state and left them without a wedding venue the morning of their wedding, they prevailed and married each other in a beautiful home by the water surrounded by all of the people that meant the most to them.

In the midst of a pandemic, Alexandra and Derek decided to not forego their wedding plans altogether. Instead of hosting the big wedding they had been planning, they decided to still get married but in their backyard surrounded by their families and closest friends. It was a beautiful day filled with so much love!

WHO IS YOUR SECOND SHOOTER?
Yes! Planning to get married on a tropical island or on an intimate mountain top out west? I would LOVE to photograph your day. Simply reach out and let me know the details of your day and we can talk about my travel collections.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
As I mentioned before, all of my collections are customizable, so if you don’t need an engagement session (although I highly recommend doing it!), then no problem. We can swap it out for something else or completely remove it from your package.
What if I don’t need an engagement session?
Sooner, rather than later! I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure my couples get the very best that I have to offer. I am currently completely booked for 2022 and have limited dates available for 2023. Reach out now before it’s too late!
How far in advance should I book you?
Yes! I require a contract to be signed and a 20% non refundable retainer to be paid in order to secure your wedding date. Once the retainer is paid, the remaining balance is due by the week of your wedding. We can absolutely work together to create a plan to pay the remaining balance off by your wedding week.
Do you have payment plans?
Absolutely! Every wedding and every couple is unique, so I believe it is important to not limit what I can offer. I always start by sending my signature collections, but I am happy to create a custom collection to cater to your specific wants and needs.
